My career

Since 2012, I am a teacher of Jazz Dance-Fusion, Zumba®, funk, salsa and urban dances. I taught in France, Ecuador, Colombia. From now on, I teach in Spain on different sites.

I also propose artistic workshops of dances of the world (Bollywood, Cabaret, African and Caribbean dance …). I organize photograph exhibitions, travel diaries and testimonials of cultural events as well.

In 2013, I am certified as a salsa and Zumba® instructor in Colombia.

In the last 3 years, I have traveled over the world to discover musical rhythms and dances of the globe. From these, I draw my inspiration. Initially trained at the conservatory of classical dance and modern Jazz, I enriched my style during those escapes in Africa and in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Since June 2012, I am at the head of a French association, law 1901, called “Agatha Jones” whose object is the cultural development of Arts and Crafts of the World. I offer to its members dance classes, trips of artistic adventure in the countries that I already experienced. (Benin-Togo, Colombia, Ecuador and Spain). I have this project at heart for many years. To help me set it up, I went back to my studies in 2011 and obtained the Executive Master II Diploma of “Cultural Tourism and Territories, project engineering », at Sorbonne Nouvelle of Paris.

Previously, I did 5 years of studies in commerce and marketing. In 2004, I successfully obtained the Executive Master II degree in Marketing and Business Practices at the IAE of Paris (University Paris I Sorbonne). Once the diploma in my pocket, I quickly find work in advertising. I move from an advertising agency to a central buying office of media. After several years in the Publicis Group as a Group Leader, I throw in the towel and I start a new beginning.

The first day of the rest of my life begins in 2011. I go to Benin on behalf of the tour operator POINT AFRICA, where I develop tourist circuits respectful of Man and the environment, primarily focused on the protection of craft and artistic know-how.

Since that day, I feel in step with my values and I have a new career, by vocation.
